From payment of your deposit and confirmation of your order your lead time will begin. At round the 6 week mark are despatch team will be in contact to inform you when you items is made and that delivery is being arranged. We do most of our deliveries Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm but for a small surcharge evening and weekend deliveries can be organised if necessary. Please let us know when you order so that we can arrange this for you.
We work in partnership with several trusted and experienced third party logistics teams, all of which provide a two man delivery service, which includes situating you furniture in the desired room and taking away any packaging for recycling. Your delivery team will contact you either the evening before or on the morning of the delivery to give you an 2-3 hour delivery window. If requested, they can also give you an call when they are close by to give you an update on their progress.
Following placing an order, we may also need to send you a simple delivery questionnaire to help ensure that any large pieces of furniture can be easily delivered into your home. We’d hate to arrive and not be able to fit you’re lovely new furniture in!
