Answers to your questions about payment options

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer 0% finance over 6, 12, or 24 months in orde,r to help spread the cost, available on any order up to the value of £5,500*. We require a minimum 10% deposit but you can, of course, pay more if you prefer to reduce the monthly cost. If your order value is more than £5,500 then we can offer 12, 24, 36 and 48-month terms at 4.9% interest.   • The maximum financed amount (after the deposit has been taken) is £5000 in order qualify for 0% interest. You can pay more than the required 10% deposit if you wish, for example, if you order is £10,000 and you could pay a 50% deposit then the remaining £5000 could be paid via 0% finance. Please contact our sales team for more information.
NB. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of their agreement for more information. Authentic Furniture reserves the right to claim finance up to 3 weeks before delivery is made to the customer. Customers finance payments can start as soon as delivery of goods is made.

How do I pay my balance?

You can pay your balance using your debit or credit card, PayPal, by cheque, or by BACS (bank transfer). Our card payment provider is Klarna. If requested we can send you a secure link via email or text which will take you to a secure payment portal to pay your balance via credit or debit card. Please note that payment must be cleared before delivery.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept American Express at this time.

Will I get a full refund if I cancel my order after delivery?

In order to provide you with a “safety net” and to back up our confidence in our furniture we offer a 21 DAY RETURNS period.

This means that if you’re not 100% delighted with your furniture when it arrives you can send it straight with the same delivery team and then refund you in full – INCLUDING your original delivery charge!*

If at any time after delivery has been made, up to 21 days thereafter, you decide to return your goods we will arrange collection of the goods and refund you your order total excluding any delivery charges.

All we ask is that the furniture is unused, undamaged and you provide us with the opportunity to collect the furniture when we are next in the area (usually within 14 days).

*Please note: We are unable to refund Bespoke orders. Outlet sales are subject to a collection fee equivalent to the delivery cost to your area.

Will I lose my deposit if I cancel my order before delivery?

No, we will refund your deposit within 7 working days of cancellation by refunding the payment back to your original method of payment.

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund deposits on orders made to your specific requirements i.e. bespoke orders when your furniture has already been made.
