Covid-19 update

Sorry, we're not taking any NEW orders at this time, only OUTLET items.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have a large number of orders to fulfil with only a minimal manufacturing capability available to us. We have a duty to our customers to firstly fulfil existing orders in the quickest time frame allowed. The lockdown also means that we cannot give accurate lead times on new orders at this time.

With that in mind, we have decided to temporarily stop taking new orders. As soon as the current lockdown restrictions have been lifted and our manufacturing operations can resume we will be able to accept new orders again.

You can still buy any product from our OUTLET collection. These items are all in stock and can be delivered as soon as lockdown restrictions allow.


Nothing is more important to Authentic Furniture than the health and safety of our customers, colleagues, and wider community.

In light of the global impact of COVID-19, and the recent government guidelines, we wanted to share how we are dealing with this as a business. We have made the decision to temporarily close our Showroom but we will remain operational online. Our team is still available to take orders and enquiries via phone; 01629 704 704, and email sales@authenticfurniture.co.uk.

We have also taken the decision to temporarily suspend our manufacturing and deliveries in line with the government recommendations. We can only apologise for any delay this may cause however I am sure you will agree that in these unprecedented times we need to put the health and safety of our team, our customers and the country first and foremost.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow government guidelines and as soon as we are able to, will reopen the workshop and recommence deliveries. We hope to keep the delay to an absolute minimum, and we promise that as soon as we're back up and running, fulfilling your orders will be our top priority.

We recognise that these are unsettling times, and as a small business we would like to thank you for your patience and support at this time.
